This information relates to a proposed offer of ordinary shares in a New Zealand registered limited liability company called Simply Industrial, which operates an industrial property fund under the name Simply Industrial (“the Fund”).

The subsequent offer of shares issued by Simply Industrial in relation to the Fund is not suitable for retail investors.
