BOARD OF DIRECTORS
A board of Directors has been appointed to provide governance to Simply Industrial on behalf of shareholders.
Paul Nielsen and Graham Lawrence, are the initial directors.
Shareholders will have an opportunity to select additional directors in accordance with the constitution.
PAUL NIELSEN
Paul is an industrial property investor with 28 years’ experience. He built Hometech into a nationwide business before selling it to a listed company in 2017. He now focuses on acquiring and managing industrial properties through Simply Industrial, which he founded. Paul was a finalist in the 2016 EY New Zealand Entrepreneur of the Year Awards and is the author of Genius of Industrial Property.
GRAHAM LAWRENCE
Graham has more than 25 years’ experience in all aspects of the property industry (commercial, industrial and residential). Graham holds a Chartered Accountant (CA) designation from Charted Accountants Australia and New Zealand. He is also Senior Associate of the Financial Services Institute of Australasia, and Associate of the New Zealand Institute of Management, a member of the New Zealand Institute of Directors and is on the National Board of Life Education Trust.
MAX AMIMER
Max has more than 24 years of corporate banking experience and spent half of his time residing in New Caledonia and West Indies. He has extensive strategic, advisory and marketing experience, advising on hundreds of transactions across France, Germany.
Prior to joining Simply Industrial, Max was a residential property investor since 2014 in NZ and USA, most recently he invested in Simply Industrial and brought international footprint, a french network, advice and marketing strategy.
After several years working as Deputy Tribe Leader Corporate Financing, member of Covid 19 crisis task force, he is currently holding a position of Deputy head of Sales in South East of France at BNP Paribas, the biggest bank in Eurozone. He holds a MA Accounting and finances and Master's degree in Business Administration, general management from University of Limoges, France and freshly certified in Essential of Sustainability for business from University of Cambridge.
