In July 2021 we set out to create a solution for everyday investors to invest in industrial property assets without tying up their personal capital. This presented itself as an opportunity to create an industrial property fund that offered a low-cost entry for investors, and a low simple overhead business model: this is what brought Simply Industrial to fruition.
