For investors seeking a low-risk return on capital, the industrial property sector has become more attractive as an investment option.

In July 2021, we set out to create a solution for everyday investors to invest in industrial property assets without tying up their personal capital. This presented itself as an opportunity to create an industrial property fund that offered a low-cost entry for investors. This is what brought Simply Industrial to fruition.
